- Products once purchased cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
- Replacement is only applicable if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers are required to provide clear images or an unboxing video for verification purposes.
- The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging for replacement approval.
- In case pickup service is not available at your location, customers may need to self-ship the product.
- Replacement approval is subject to verification by our team.
NOTE FOR REPLACEMENT
• Replacement will only be accepted for damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered products.
• Used or opened products will not be eligible for replacement.
• Customized products cannot be returned or replaced.
• Requests raised after the allowed replacement period will not be accepted.
