  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy:

  1. We do not offer returns on any products.
  2. Products once purchased cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  3. Replacement is only applicable if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  4. Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  5. Customers are required to provide clear images or an unboxing video for verification purposes.
  6. The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging for replacement approval.
  7. In case pickup service is not available at your location, customers may need to self-ship the product.
  8. Replacement approval is subject to verification by our team.

NOTE FOR REPLACEMENT

• Replacement will only be accepted for damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered products.

• Used or opened products will not be eligible for replacement.

• Customized products cannot be returned or replaced.

• Requests raised after the allowed replacement period will not be accepted.
